About Google Sheets for SignaCast
Pick a spreadsheet and the tab to use. The header row names the fields, each row below it is an item, and SignaCast's data-driven templates fill in from there: a tap list, a menu, a price list, an event board. Edit a cell and the screen follows at the next refresh; delete a row and the item is gone.
SignaCast asks Google for read-only access to the spreadsheets you pick — never your whole Drive, and nothing is written back to the sheet. Screens keep the last good copy, so a board keeps playing if Google is unreachable from a TV.
